The appointed Bill Collectors of our Client carry the POS Terminal. Meter reading is entered into device through Keyboard. The device already possesses concerned consumers & system attributes, their payment history, latest relevant data, tariff rates and answers of different queries along with printer, online connectivity GSM/GPRS and credit/debit card reader. After comparing the previous & present meter reading, a bill is generated & given to the customer. Payment is collected on spot through cash/credit/debit. Entire Transaction data is sent Online to the server.
Our Customer is the first among the Indian Power Utility to launch this service.
